No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo or video proof of the issue is required

  • The original product must be returned

  • The returned product must be received and verified by our supplier before a replacement is issued

Once the returned item is received and approved, a replacement of the same item will be shipped.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

  3. Follow the return instructions provided

  4. Ship the product back as instructed

  5. Replacement will be processed after the supplier receives the returned item


Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: return shipping instructions will be provided

  • For all other cases: return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility


Non-Replaceable Items

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance (common with artificial plants)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification

  • Requests made after the 7-day window


Important Notes

  • Artificial plants may have slight variations due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing details

  • We reserve the right to deny replacement if the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
